Every time you shop at Lumberjack Harley-Davidson® (or any of our 6

cashier during checkout. If you don't have your card, don't worry! We can look

You can earn points on any purchase in Parts, Service, and MotorClothes®. You'll even get 500 points for your motorcycle purchase, you also get triple points on any parts, service or motorclothes® purchase the same day as your motorcycle. However, gift cards, shipping, taxes, and insurance claims are not eligible for points. If you're not sure if something counts or not – give us a call 936-715-0100.
Yes of course you do!! You will earn 1 point for every dollar spent on mileage services, accessory installs, engine upgrades, details, dyno tunes, etc! Legally, we cannot give you points towards any insurance claims.
Don't worry, you will earn points on all services when you redeem them.
Points will expire every year on the last day of February. We will do our annual call campaign to remind you of your point balance every January and February before your points expire!
Yes, if you provide us with your birthday, you will receive 2X Bonus Points on all purchases during your birthday week. Now you can have your cake and bonus points too!

Yes, we can combine you and your family members accounts to make saving easier.
To check your Rider Rewards point balance, simply go to and sign in to your online account or create an account and provide your member ID during the process. Once you are logged in, click on the MY REWARDS link to view your points.
This should never happen, our cashiers will double check that you have a rewards number and your purchase will automatically be added to your account.

Yes, your points can be combined with other discounts and special offers, as well as any form of payment accepted at Lumberjack Harley-Davidson. For example, you can redeem your points and use a valid coupon (e.g., $10 off $100) in the same transaction
If you use your rewards points to buy an item and then return that item, the equivalent point value will be returned to your account.
The Rider Rewards program rewards you with special offers based on the products and services you love. You'll receive custom offers sent via email or text message.
