WHAT SERVICES DOES LUMBERJACK H-D'S SERVICE CENTER OFFER?
We offer a full range of factory-authorized H-D® services including oil changes, all scheduled maintenance intervals (1,000-, 5,000-, and 10,000-mile), tire mounting and balancing, brake service, belt and clutch adjustment, spark plug service, air cleaner service, fluid changes, engine diagnostics, ECM software updates, electrical and charging system service, warranty repairs, open safety campaign service, and custom parts and accessory installation.
WHAT ARE THE SERVICE CENTER HOURS?
Our service desk is open Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We are closed Sunday and Monday. Call us at (936) 715-0100 to schedule an appointment or check current availability.
ARE YOUR TECHNICIANS HARLEY-DAVIDSON FACTORY TRAINED?
Yes. Every technician at Lumberjack Harley-Davidson is factory-trained by Harley-Davidson and uses factory-approved tools, parts, and diagnostic equipment. We service H-D® motorcycles to exact factory specifications — not general motorcycle approximations.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I SERVICE MY HARLEY-DAVIDSON?
H-D® recommends an initial service at 1,000 miles for new motorcycles, then every 5,000 miles thereafter. Every 10,000 miles is a more comprehensive major service covering all systems. If you're unsure what your specific model needs, call us at (936) 715-0100 and we'll advise based on your mileage and model year.
DO YOU PREFORM HARLEY-DAVIDSON WARRANTY WORK?
Yes. As an authorized Harley-Davidson dealership, Lumberjack H-D performs all factory warranty repairs. We have immediate access to your motorcycle's warranty history, open safety campaigns, and H-D® technical service bulletins. Bring your bike to us for any warranty issue and our technicians will handle it correctly using the factory process.
DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT FOR SERVICES?
Appointments are recommended to guarantee your spot and minimize wait time. You can schedule online at lumberjackhd.com/service or call us at (936) 715-0100. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability, but scheduled appointments are prioritized.
WILL I GET AN ESTIMATE BEFORE YOU START WORK?
Always. We provide up-front estimates before any work begins. Nothing is started until you approve the cost, and we don't add charges after the fact. You'll also know about any open safety campaigns or factory technical bulletins affecting your bike at the time of service — at no extra cost.
